Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Rounds Golf application (“Rounds”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), operated by Nexera Labs Inc.
Use of the App
You must be at least 13 years old to use Rounds. By using the app, you agree to comply with these Terms and all applicable laws.
User Accounts
You are responsible for:
Maintaining the confidentiality of your account
All activity under your account
Providing accurate profile information
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
User Conduct
You agree not to:
Harass, threaten, abuse, or impersonate other users
Submit false scores or manipulate gameplay
Misrepresent tee times, player availability, or round information
Use the app for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes
Interfere with the operation, security, or integrity of the app
We reserve the right to remove content, restrict features, or suspend accounts at our discretion.
Tee Times, Rounds, and Participation
Rounds facilitates social golf coordination, player discovery, scorekeeping, and related golf features. We do not guarantee:
Availability of tee times
Accuracy of user-submitted information
Compatibility between players
Course availability, pricing, policies, or booking confirmation
Participation in any tee time, group, or round is at your own discretion. Users are responsible for following all course rules, local laws, and safety requirements.
In-App Features, Purchases, and Subscriptions
Rounds may offer free features, paid features, subscriptions, in-app purchases, promotional offers, or premium memberships.
Paid features may include access to enhanced app functionality, premium golf tools, expanded player discovery, advanced GPS features, wearable features, calling cards, challenges, or other current or future Rounds features.
All purchases and subscriptions made through the app are processed by the applicable platform provider, such as Apple App Store or Google Play. Your purchase is subject to the payment terms, subscription rules, refund policies, and account settings of the platform provider used to complete the purchase.
Subscriptions may automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date through your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings. Rounds does not directly control platform billing, renewal, cancellation, or refund processing.
If you cancel a subscription, you may continue to have access to the paid features until the end of the current billing period, unless otherwise determined by the applicable platform provider.
Deleting your Rounds account or uninstalling the app does not automatically cancel an active subscription. You must cancel your subscription through the Apple App Store or Google Play account where the subscription was purchased.
Prices, features, subscription tiers, promotional offers, and availability may change from time to time. If required, changes will be handled through the applicable platform provider or communicated in the app.
Refunds and Cancellations
Refunds for purchases made through Apple App Store or Google Play are generally handled by the platform provider according to their policies and applicable law.
Rounds may be able to help troubleshoot purchase or entitlement issues, but we do not guarantee refunds for purchases processed by Apple App Store or Google Play.
To request a refund, cancel a subscription, or manage billing, users should use the applicable Apple App Store or Google Play subscription and purchase management tools.
Intellectual Property
All app content, branding, logos, designs, software, features, text, graphics, and related intellectual property are owned by Nexera Labs Inc. or its licensors.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, scrape, sell, or exploit any part of the app without written permission.
User Content
You may create, upload, submit, or share content through Rounds, including profile information, photos, usernames, bios, scores, tee times, messages, ratings, and related golf activity.
You are responsible for the content you provide. By submitting content to Rounds, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display, process, and use that content as necessary to operate, improve, and promote the app.
We may remove user content that violates these Terms or creates safety, legal, or platform risk.
Location, GPS, and Wearable Features
Rounds may use location information to provide features such as nearby rounds, nearby courses, live golf GPS yardages, smart club suggestions, round context, and Apple Watch or wearable experiences.
GPS distances, course data, yardages, and related golf information are provided for convenience only and may not always be accurate. Users remain responsible for their own decisions during play.
Disclaimer
Rounds is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, accurate, or available at all times.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nexera Labs Inc. is not liable for:
User interactions or disputes
Missed tee times, cancellations, or course-related issues
Loss of data, scores, messages, purchases, or app access
Inaccurate GPS, course, score, handicap, or yardage information
Damages arising from use of or inability to use the app
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to Rounds at any time if you violate these Terms, misuse the app, create safety or legal risk, or interfere with the app’s operation.
You may stop using Rounds at any time. If you have an active subscription, you are responsible for cancelling it through the applicable platform provider.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Rounds after updated Terms are posted or made available constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
