Request data deletion without deleting your account
You can make this request without installing or signing in to the app.
Email data deletion requestOr email support@roundsgolf.ca with the subject “Data Deletion Request”. Include the email address associated with your Rounds account and describe the data you want deleted.
Do not include your password.
Users can request deletion of specific personal data without deleting their Rounds account by emailing support@roundsgolf.ca with the subject line “Data Deletion Request.”
Please include the email address associated with your Rounds account and describe the data you want deleted, such as messages, profile content, or round history.
Requests are reviewed manually and processed within 7 days. Some data may be retained where required for legal, security, fraud prevention, or compliance purposes.
What happens to your account?
Your account remains active. Specify the messages, profile content, round history, or other personal data you want deleted. Data outside your request remains subject to our Privacy Policy.
